Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

These terms cover working with Elizabethton Web Development (“we,” “us,” or “our”) — a DBA of Zyzyva LLC. We’ve kept them short and plain. By hiring us to build or host a website, you agree to what’s below.

What we do

We design, build, and host websites for small businesses. A typical project is a custom, mobile-friendly website built for a one-time fee, then hosted and kept up to date for a monthly fee. Specific work is agreed with you before we start.

Pricing and payment

Your part

To build your site we’ll need your business details and any content you want included (text, photos, links). You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to any material you give us, and for reviewing drafts and giving feedback in a reasonable time so the project can move forward.

Ownership

The content you provide stays yours. Once your build fee is paid, the finished website is yours to keep. While your site is hosted with us, we handle the technical side; if you leave, we’ll help you move your site elsewhere.

What we don’t promise

We build fast, mobile-friendly sites and set them up to be found — but no one can guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or sales, and we don’t. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the work in question.

Ending the arrangement

Either of us can end the monthly hosting arrangement at any time. There’s no cancellation fee. If you cancel, your site comes down from our hosting at the end of your paid period unless we agree otherwise.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
